1st December 2016 – We’ve had an amazing 12 months! Our first full year of equalities work in Scotland and it’s been so much fun. We’ve certainly made a splash and hope you’ve caught up with us at some of the events we’ve attended or projects we’ve been involved in, a brief summary of the year is below:
Dec 2015 – first funding secured from Big Lottery Fund Investing in Ideas
Jan 2016 – 10 x public consultations around Scotland, Live Periscope consultation survey results published
Feb 2016 – first meetings with TIE Campaign and HIV Scotland, Scottish LGBT Media consultation published
Mar 2016 – LEAP Sports Diversity Conference, Intersex training & reception, introductory meetings with THT Scotland and Dumfries & Galloway LGBT Plus, Hate Crime training with Equality Network, Trans Day of Visibility campaign goes live
Apr 2016 – First Fife LGBT Network meeting, Funding secured for series of short films, planning sessions for Pink Saltire Originals films
May 2016 – Trustees training and strategy day, Pride campaign planning meetings, Volunteer of the Year interview with Tommy Clarke
June 2016 – SWAN Diversity in Sport event, Mr Gay Scotland interview, Aberdeen LGBT group introductions, filmmaker interview panel

Oct 2016 – Bauer City Radio Network interview, PS Original films public release, Four Pillars launch event in Aberdeen, filming commences on new short film ‘Introducing Intersex’, Intersex Awareness Day campaign goes live
Nov 2016 – Film screening at LGBT Health AGM, initial Fife Pride consultation meeting, Scene Radio introductions, first Forth Valley LGBT Network meeting, Fife Rainbow Gala and Awards night
Dec 2016 – World AIDS Day event in Edinburgh, initial Scottish Parliament LGBT Cross Party Group meeting and our FIRST BIRTHDAY!
