Additional opening hours if you need support, advice or just someone to talk to. Get in touch with the dedicated advisors by calling 0300 123 2523.

A free ‘telefriend’ service is also available for those in the elder community (50+). If you’d like to join, or know someone who would benefit, let Jean know by emailing jean@lgbthealth.org.uk Deaf and BSL users can contact the LGBT Helpline Scotland on 0300 123 2523.
LGBT Youth Scotland
Support for LGBT+ young people via live chat service to reach trained and dedicated youth work staff, including an email or text service any day of the week.

Pink Saltire
Since April, if you’re facing hardship, Pink Saltire has been offering relief in some parts of Scotland, including Aberdeen, Fife, Perth & Kinross and Aberdeenshire. Some of this funding has now ended but support may still be available. Click here for the latest update: COVID Hardship Support

The team in Dumfries and Galloway are working hard to offer a befriending service and keep in touch with local people during the pandemic. The ‘Hey, How are You?’ service has now launched by phone on 0800 020 9653 or by email info@lgbtplus.org.uk

If you need a free Zoom Pro account to help move your services online, complete the registration form here and you may be eligible for a free account from Equality Network. The charity are also offering support and advice for community organisations.

Funeral Support
If you have lost a loved one, whether or not COVID-19 was a factor, the Scottish Government have support available when it matters most. This could be a difficult time for many LGBT people who are estranged from family or live alone, but help is there, so please reach out.
